Former ceo, joe canouse, PR'd that dean bradley potentially committed fraud.

Allegedly, qasp has requested bank records - haven't checked this most recent filing but it's been in them for the last few years now.

All qasp has done is sell shares.

The TA is gagged by qasp management for a reason.

There will never be a full accounting.

If there was, it would dredge up the "potential fraud" that occurred here and give fodder for those hoping for qasp to get money in their coffers so they can sue the shit out of qasp.

Your opinion with no facts. I am a rational person and I would believe a vetted and licensed lawyer's stated opinion over a contrary opinion with no evidence. You state your opinion as if you had factual information to back that up.

I have to be honest. I don't waste my time reading pinky opinion letters.

It basically will say exactly what the company has paid them to say and then the rest is a bunch of gobbledy-gook legalese that translated says: "I have no idea if these guys are lying or not, it's not my job to know, and I can't be held responsible if they are".

Hopefully you aren't talking about great lawyers like Guy Jean Pierre and Jeffrey Klein both of whom are being currently investigated by the USDOJ and the S.E.C. Pierre for issuing false opinion letters and Klein for boiler room tactics.
These two goofs have both issued documentation for Carpathia LLC and Constantine Financial which are the Canouse companies both holding Series A preferred shares here at QASP.
Aron Canouse the wife of Joe Canouse is still listed in the latest financials as a consultant to QASP but now showing as Aron Brooks for some reason.
