that only applies to OTCQB stocks and we are not on that tier.

Even if we are above .01 by May 1st we will still be OTC pink current..

Once the MJ deal is done and QASP starts making good revenues, i think we will uplist:-)

$QASP this new rule appears to ONLY apply to OTCQBs not Pink stocks such as $QASP.
