Johnny, Yes there is still a chill. There will ALWAYS be a chill with TD Ameritrade. They do not like penny stocks. Get into Fidelity or SCottrade. I traded PRPM with Fidelity two days ago. Get lined up in case this dips farther. I would love to gain a bunch of shares. CAN YOU SAY 10M SHARES FOR A THOUSAND DOLLARS.
