Dude you're kidding me right? Insider buys are certainly published and filed on a SEC Form 4 and/ or 5. Insider trading is not illegal as so far that it isn't conducted with insiders knowing non-public material information.
I would hardly consider 318m volume on this trips to constitute high buying volume to be contrary to pump-hype.
