Well if that is the case and we take this statement as is... Why are we even waiting for news? See you 45 days from the last day of the fiscal quarter.
"Updates and financials will be posted on our website within 45 days following the end of each fiscal quarter. This is a requirement for reporting corporations. AFT is a non-reporting company, but will adhere to these standards".
This can be read 2 different ways.
1) We will get an update at time of financials
2) We will only get updates at the same time as financials if there is anything to update.
As I said, I will concede that we may get an update at the same time, but this statement does not promise anything, it only lays the ground work for when they will give us news if they want to give it at that time.
IMHO - AFTC is saying that we should only expect news (updates, does not count as news I suppose) at a certain time if they decide to give an update, no where in this statement does it say that they HAVE to give us news at this time.
Either way, I think that we should not clamor for news until 45 days after the FQ.
QUESTION: Did sleepers first response indicate a date for the end of FQ? I will watch with baited breath hoping that SLEEPER IS RIGHT! Trust me, his rosy outlook is what I want to happen.
If we get more then financials at that time, I will shun myself from the board for 2 week ;)
