This is 100% wrong. PHOT can & will remain a public company as BUT the stock will remain on the grey sheets for eternity.

Growlife "may" go on to be a successful company, but a PRIVATE company. Their public stock days are OVER.

So making it where you cant even sell for a loss that's just wrong and seems not legal to the shareholders. You might think its ok and we deserve not to have tax right offs of our losses here but I bet many here don't agree. Just because we invested in this sector don't give the US government rights to wipe out our investment and make it where we cant even realize our losses at the end of the year!
