I think that may be one of the reasons Paul dissolved Telatinos: he couldn't prove his revenues. Texas SOS claims he shows only $5 in franchise revs, but his PRs said $51 million.
He dissolved the corp. in June, following an SEC inquiry that occured in mid-April. Me thinks he won't make the same mistake again. He'll just have to promote his shells without listing revs I guess...
