I am going to say that that Rosen firm is on to a great case. They are NOT ambulance chasers. I would bet that there is a LOT of criminal things going on here. However they will begin to let out what they are looking at very soon. (Before the restart of trading) You have a while to keep reading and see if this is bogus or if there there are going to serious criminal indictments coming. There is absolutely nothing you can do for now, so open your eyes and read as much as you can. Notice that other law firms are jumping on this one as well and will move to consolidate the case. I have been though all this before and it is very painful to watch.
No, I do not have a dog in this fight, but does not mean I can at least tell everyone to open your eyes and figure out how to get out of this box. If the law firm drops the case and say all is well, you are good. Deep down, you know this is not the case.
