If Sterling and Hegyi are innocent, they have already retained counsel and are about to respond to the SEC. If not by tomorrow, then they were part of the violation. Kristi, the only positive thing I see coming out of this is a lesson learned. I was just on another board where they are thinking the CEO is the greatest thing on earth (and I hope he is because I hold a lot of shares) but I warned them about putting TOO MUCH trust in him after what I thought here was a very capable management team. Tried to bring them back down to earth and proceed cautiously. I am not a pumper or basher just try to stay real especially after today. Don't think I made any friends over there but that is okay because I do not know them personally anyway. PROCEED WITH CAUTION WAS MY MESSAGE. I am keeping PHOT till it goes sub zero, that's when PHOT owns me, lol.

I might play the bounce. I mean outside of "OTC" tiers of filing and standards, it is still a functioning company with a business plan and goal. Aren't they?
It has a possibility of dying out down the road bouncing, unless they continue to produce news and contracts.
