sorry I'm a little late to this but were those shares all separate trades? I got thinking about it and if he sold 167K shares they may have just crossed in the different amounts. is that possible? there are just 10 or 12 forms or whatever b/c it took him that many trades to get rid of some shares?? I mean if that's what's going on then maybe we need to be thinking about something else being the cause!
