if this can be mitigated in the manner i just mentioned, keep in mind we will go back to the market around the time wash state legalization interest will start churning. if this can be handled well, then whatever floor bottom we start off at, may give a very nice oppty to run up again into early june.

That is not going to happen in your lifetime or mine. The sooner people accept that and move on the better off they will be. IMO.

This is the kiss of death and no one ever returns from it.

Wish it wasn’t true but in over 10-12k cases the results are always the same.
