if the burn rate was negligible, like a million a year, and the company has 40 millon, well now we are talking, but if it is 12 million a year, plus the start up will costs 20 million legit, then we are in deep do do. Ultimately, somebody makes a bet here and heck, the steel moly market stays down for a decade, then the company share price goes to 15 or 20 cents and sits there, and in 3 years they do a secondary, and it goes to 10 cents...
so the burn rate is critical to know....
