Don't have pm but here's your answer sci. Because the 10-k is our annual and Chris filed the report stating it would be late. The nt-10-k which means they will file in 15 days which will be two weeks ago Friday and they can't file on Saturday. Which will show a lot. Then I think PRs all the way till 10-q in May.
