No debt reduction at all.
Still waiting, but since the new class of preferred shares for this proposed deal has not happened, neither has the debt reduction.

It looks like the deal fell through, just like most of the deals Hop-On does, unless they are deals he hypes with companies already secretly-controlled by the CEO of Hop-On.
