59896 insider shares sold combined @ 2.28 a share = 136562.88 dollars. Based on the actual value of a company who is bleeding cash and has no real values. The insiders are IMO not selling for tax. They currently have a 76% gain on their sales from the 200ma line of 1.57 which in itself is overvalued again in a company that loses money. FCEL is not the same as plug power. Has no where near reached the same status in its developements. So if you understand basic math the sale gave them a profit matching their sales amount PLUS 176% Do the math yourselves.
