Do you have any evidence to substantiate that the OTC Markets change effective 5/1/14 will effect Pink trading tickers, with BBDA in the Pink status?

It's my understanding from OTC Markets that OTC QBs will be effected only at this time. Here's a link for further reading:

All I'm seeing are less restriction on Pink status companies so far...
