#607 RE: Abracadabra00 #606

what is the game plan for gmo: I wrote a good while ago on another board that at 135 million dollar market cap, and perhaps 45 million in the bank (an estimate) that the company was wildly overvalued, in lieu of capital needs of a billion dollars. GMO is really not a business now, just a company with two large undeveloped assets, one of which is almost entirely permitted, or entirely permitted, but the global market has no use for that asset at this time. Is this correct?

1. no use for the asset at all
2. Plus you must add to that "asset" somebody who will lend you about a billion dollars, and then you must pay them back when the asset becomes valuable
3. You only have 40 million or so in the bank, and these is bleeding at a significant rate, down.
4. How the the market now say you are worth almost 100 million bucks.

State otherwise: You can have my two undeveloped "assets." I will throw in 40 million in cash. Bear in mind that you must go get somebody to lend you 1 billion dollars, or you asset is worth nothing. Now, you must immediately give me the current market cap, which currently is around 90 million dollar fully diluted. I get 50 million dollars cold hard cash, and you have a dream which is a real long shot.......but I am now 50 million dollars richer, and you are bleeding your cash down every month to zero, in several years, unless you get somebody to lend (give) you a billion dollars. Good luck!

Which is why I maintained at that time of my older post that the company could not be worth a whole lot more than whatever cash it has in the bank, given the long shot nature of everything, in lieu of the metals market here, which looks horrible. This in turn means the stock is going to get cut in half from here once again, and down and down eventually to nothing, Bk.
