GZFX will announce material events, but the SEC does not specify precisely when those events must be announced. The language is vague, and we aren't privy to enough insider info to draw accurate conclusions. The point is simply that people should not overreact/panic/lose their marbles if nothing at all is announced on or before March 15th.
I've been dealing with MOUs and contracts for years. I've contributed to their development for companies larger than Gameznflix. If the terms of the much heralded pilot program are set to expire on March 15th, whether or not the program is expanded upon or terminated, we simply cannot expect to know one way or the other for days or perhaps even weeks after March 15th.
No news on or before March 15th means absolutely nothing. Deep breaths, all.
