Thanks, Maybe old Bobby will at least "read" the consensus of opinion before he accepts Microns case.

In summery, the Special Master concludes that Micron did not make a prima facie showing of fraud in the absence of a showing that Rambus had the duty to disclose the information that Micron alleges Rambus fraudulently concealed. As a result, the Special Master recommends that Micron's motion to compel the production of documents under the crime/fraud exception be denied.

Now we know why they ran to Virginia. Jordan has the power to stop Micron in their tracks. My question is will he?

I think you have to consider Delaware is where the next major decision will arise before the Whyte trial decision.

pain got nothing wrong. He is a bought and paid for cartel employee. His decisions have nothing to do with facts, the law (except how it can be perverted), etc.
