you are wrong - in the 8-k it CLEARLY states that only 17 stores are to be deemed as PILOT STORES, they are NOT adding stores right now as pilot unless they don't have the 17.
"Under the terms of this agreement, the parties will run a pilot program, to commence on November 1, 2005 and ending on January 15, 2006, in 17 retail stores and on the Circuit City website to promote the service offered by the Company.
"If the pilot program is deemed a success by both parties, the parties will expand the pilot program to the remaining approximate 600 retail locations of Circuit City in the United States by adding 55 Circuit City stores per month."
