Honey - Did you read Flenderson's earlier post regarding why we haven't heard much regarding progress? Wanted your thoughts. The more I consider it, the more I think it fits nicely into your narrative. The more that is known about SPORT in the public domain, the higher the likelihood of getting taken out prematurely at a much lower PPS than we could get.

This leads me to believe that Titan Mgmt wants to maximize shareholder value be it an acquisition further down the road (as opposed to near term), or they want give it there best shot at going alone.
