vfin and arca are the diluters, just watch for them, not the indicators at this rate.

When you figure out how to tell "dilution" on the charts tell me too! I have a theory that CMF will correct itself if the candlesticks are corrected for the past 2 days, we shall see!

the last filing said dilution would ONLY occur if the stock price declined. it outlined specifics of where dilution would begin and how much would be added.
