Nite is the largest MM in penny stocks. So you now know who is doing this.

Of course it's fair trading. NITE, PUMA, CDEL etc are all on the bid and ask. They are market makers, buys and sells are routed through them so of course they will all be on the bid and ask for almost every stock especially NITE since they are the biggest. Pick any random stock and they will be there. But so what? Why would that mean HJOE's is being manipulated?
