How many OTCs show profits? Profits are a liability. It might be a well-worn example, but GE spends how muxh annually to avoid federal taxes? The company is viable and solvent. Showing profits or losses doesn't change that or their valuation. Were you expecting dividends?

The schools are doing just fine. They are actually opening another school in Florida and also in PA.
