That can not be true. The OS was 840M as of Dec 31. That was BEFORE the latest round of 504 shares.
The most recent filings show $53,000 given for shares.
The bid during much of Q1 was .0001
Those providing the funding would have insisted on protecting their investment by getting the shares at a discount to low bid, probably around 50% or more.
That would be a share price of .00005, or just over a billion shares.
That is right in line with what Q has done historically. The OS seems to about double every quarter....
Unfortunately, the retail peeps buying don't find out about the OS increase until they've become bag-holders.......
