You start a car for the first time in 10 years and immediately punch the gas to 100....rescheduling is the biggest thing that could happen now. It will never go from where we are now to fed legalization wout other steps. First being able to legally test an approve medicinal benefits on a domestic level...that is not allowed until rescheduling occurs...if the door is legalization then rescheduling is the key
Declassification and decriminalization are steps in the right direction. Such legislation would make MJ busts a low priority to law enforcement. It will remove the stigma and pave the way for more states to follow Colorado and Washington's example imo.
