Not surprising! Quasar is to be taking over a company called Holding Aviation Corp which is the new website for Quasar. Holdings aviation is owned by (Larry) Lawrence Sands.
Lawrence Sands is involved in Intercloud Systems out of Delaware.
Intercloud is currently being investigated by the S.E.C. and a class action lawsuit has just been filed against that company.
There is nothing to like about this company
