SRK is not overdue, youre statment is FALSE. As the ZTEM has revieled much more definition over the HM claims area LBSR will not expect that SRK untill the entire area is known to their employees and then only can the Geologists of SRK sign off. I can understand your befuddlement about the SRK, the delay in every manner is really a good thing,get used to delays if youre going to be investing in minerals, as delays are a very common event. SRK is right on schedule.
