Abattis received a deficiency list from Health Canada on February 20, 2014 with respect to its application for a Controlled Substance License. Among the deficiencies, of which there were only three, Abattis is waiting for approval of educational equivalency from the Royal Rhodes University for two of the individuals who submitted the application. The Issuer has addressed the two other deficiencies.
