Abattis received a deficiency list from Health Canada on February 20, 2014 with respect to its application for a Controlled Substance License. Among the deficiencies, of which there were only three, Abattis is waiting for approval of educational equivalency from the Royal Rhodes University for two of the individuals who submitted the application. The Issuer has addressed the two other deficiencies.

The issuer (Abattis) now owns 100% of "Abattis Bioceuticals International, Inc.", a Washigton State corporation to secure its entry into the testing market for legal use in the United States.

We hired Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s former lawyer, Manny Montenegrino for Marijuana Licenses.

The Issuer entered into a Consulting Agreement with Think Sharp Inc. The contract has a duration of 12 months commencing on March 16, 2014. The Issuer will pay Think Sharp Inc., (principal: Manny Montenegrino) $10,100 per month and reasonable expenses, shares to assist in the application and approval process for a Licensed Producer designation under the
Marihuana for Medical Purposes Act. "
