My honest opinion. Whys start construction if they didn't know exactly what they are doing? 2 reasons.

1) What did PMCM do before the MJ move? (Slaps forehead) That's right, real estate. Who knows best about zoning requirements, and if this and that is up to code, and how it is filled out and presented to local and state government agencies/bodies. Oh right, real estate people.

2) Along with that, usually the way these things work for licenses, if you meet a requirement for one type of license, if you do some renovations and what not those said local and state govt. bodies are more likely to upgrade your license. Less stuff for them to check, and you are already in good standing with them. This goes the same for alcohol licenses and what not if you have an establishment like say...a restaurant already in place. And to top it off, it's usually cheaper than if you were a new business that had no type of license prior to that.

Your thoughts are for recreational, but could that be what THC Inc is for??????

We have Suzie Q's with MMJ license/permits

Puget Power with the Cultivation/Production (Medical)Permits/license

THC Inc could be the "unrelated" recreational...because 1 company can't do both Medical and Recreational as far as I know.

But a loophole could be that 2 subsidiaries of the same holding Co could...think about it.
