One says financing for the building while one says financing for the fuel cells. Big difference and can be read anyway one likes to agree with their ideology that nothing will be done. Oh well. I was only picking up on the funding part for the fuel cells. All I can say is we will see and I hope you get your moeny back out of ARSC. I got my 5 mil back and invested for HFCO. GLTU. Who gives a shit. I can tell you one thing, if I really, really thought that this comapny wasn't going to work out I would have been gone a long damn time ago! While the rest on here could argue amongst themselves what the future holds. All this back and forth is now a bunch of BS.

I tell you how I know this time is different. Frank didn't immediately take over this newly formed company just yet. He was pissed about how things went down with the previous mgmt. If Frank really didn't care about producing fuel cells he could have easily taken over A5 Labs, changed the symbol to HFCO and immediately filed a long time ago the 8K and left shit the way it was. But he didn't, did he? He said that upon finding the funds for production that he would officially take over this newly formed company. And I see, so far, that's EXACTLY what's going on. So hash out the other bullshit anyway one wants to.

Hooty I knew I should have checked to see those findings! The one on 10/2006 never mentioned even Golden Gate! Reputation is everything. And 7/2007 never really mentioned production of fuel cells but the facility for it; what happened I don't know. And 6/2009 showed they wanted to build a facility with funds that apparently they had acquired for production. But the main thing is we don't know what happened behind the scenes, Hooty, and all this is at best speculation on our part. That Relion lawsuit changed everything. I have GOT to give Frank and Bob the benefit of the doubt. If not for that Relion lawsuit excuses would be different. I no longer rely on other people's reports. This is it. One's facts MUST be correct on everything or none at all! GLTU.
