if I recall correctly, the actual float was much much smaller because a large share amount was a 'control block' (restricted?) that wasn't in play. In any event, the climate seems right for a restart (either in precious metals, pot stocks, or a new technology sector. another example: SRWY, same thing; floundered forever then someone bought the shell via a reverse merger (go green technologies) and it did quite well initially
