This is not correct. There are many strains of high % CBD, that also consist if high levels of THC.
Just because it contains a high level of CBD, does not exclude it from containing high levels of THC ... Now if we are talking about Charlottes Web or AC/DC... These strains/oils have been cross bred to remove the THC content
