prof....Frankly I don't see anything wrong with calling a Circuit City store at all. Let's think about it. If they want to do this roll out but they are kind of sketchy about whether or not it's viable and before it's even officially rolled out they are already getting calls about it. Thats a good thing.
If I'm Circuit City I'd be saying this looks like it will work just fine.
The naysayers will say "Yeah but it's all GnF shareholders calling so it doesn't matter really". To that I say maybe it's NOT GnF shareholders. These message boards are read by WAY more people than actually post on them. It could be them calling to see if it's happening which in turn might convert them in to a shareholder. Or it could be people calling because they read the circular.
Bottom line is Circuit City is a retail business. They WANT their phone to ring. They pay people to do nothing but ANSWER the phone. MANY people do their shopping by phone before they actually go out. I could go on and on with "what if's" the end result IMO is...so what if people call Circuit City, I think it's a good thing.
