Bad economy yes because the economy had just started turning bad around 2005-2006ish somewhere in there. Are you going to tell me that the patents mean nothing? I've even seen the patent numbers and how the patents are written. I can't see getting an idea patented and then the whole time planning on faking it. NOPE.
