FWIW
I think They will call for a National roll out, but something like Two or so States at a time. Make it easier for GZFX to be able to control and satisfy new subs. Also insure growth over a longer period of time...Alpha

I think the rate of the rollout will depend on the no. of dist. centers added of course. We need a min. of 2-3 more to make a go of the Cc rollout a success (keeping del. times to 2 days) We don't want 1 day del. as Netflix is realizing (these guys are not very smart) takes too much out of the bottom line with shipping costs(not including warehouse costs-alot of overhead) and at the present pricing structure there is not enough cushion there for frequent users.

Sentinel,
As long as we're leaving preconceptions at the door, I'd like to add an item to your good idea.

I've read many times about how our CEO has "ruined OUR momentum", following a great PR with an S-8 filing. I see it totallly differently.

Let's compare him to a young Quarterback, putting together a new team. No offensive line, running backs can't run, and the wide receivers can't catch. ( He called it "gotta crawl before you can run).
He takes out a loan to buy some offensive linemen.
News release - we have an offensive line - many yell hurrah, here we go. S-8 filing - we're buying some running backs. "He ruined OUR momentum!"
News release, running backs win awards. Hurrah, let's go. S-8 - we're buying some receivers.
"He's ruined OUR momentum again!!"

I think you see my point - he is not filing to ruin our momentum. He is filing to get a young company up on its feet and moving toward the goal line.

(okay, the picture of John as a young Quarterback was pushing it a bit....)

:-)

I guess the main point in your post and the uncovering of additional stores is the fairly obvious fact that we continue to be part of an CC alliance. This is very good news. Anyway they want to roll it out is fine with me as long as they continue to align and partner with us. This is actually what many of us have been waiting since October for, a firm commitment by CC. The additional stores in Florida is highly suggestive of some sort of roll out. But what this will look like is anyones guess.

One more point, I believe it was mentioned by management that the new subs garnered from the trial was 1/3 of the total accumulated during that period. That is not suggestive of a huge growth spurt in subs from CC. Maybe 55 stores will still only bring us a few thousand subs per quarter. With 6 additional Fla stores we are sitting on 33 stores. Pretty close to the 55 and likely we have not dug up some additional stores who are now or soon will be offering our product. Good luck to everyone over the next few weeks. This is all good IMO. Joe

An inked deal of any capacity with Circuit City would increase the share price significantly. Then AAFES and we are well over 3 cents, imho.

But I agree, the terms of the CC deal will alter in order to maintain service. Churn needs to managed. Rolling out in a controlled environment is important for quality.

GZFX management reports directly to the CC management that failed in launching Netflix. Many lessons were learned about rolling out too quickly. The mistake will not be repeated this time around with GZFX.

This is all good. Being 2nd to work with CC is perfect for GZFX. All we need is the confirmation of any type of rollout with Circuit City. My guess is that the individual store rollout is reduced and the advertising and online marketing picks up.

Hold tight. We are moving higher, imo.
