I dunno. Depends on your perspective. It opened above $2.50 so shorts don't have to pay margin coverages which is good for them. I opened (and is still above $2.00) so the people who have shares in the last offering round can still pay the listing fee (~10%) and make 200% in a week - so good for them. It is good for the initial investors who are probably selling some today.
It is probably bad that there are shares on the market at all though. If insiders really thought this was a gold mine they wouldn't sell.
Look into CYMA. That is a gold mine IMO and I haven't been able to buy shares in over a month at a discount.
