That pic is on UTRM's website as well. It is a stock photo and the company is not trying to pass it off as their own as they have left the BIGSTOCK logo on it on their website.
As for the pic that Jessica posted it is CLEARLY photoshopped. I'm am by no means an expert on photoshop but I could easily have done what was done to that pic. It would be even easier to photoshop the email portion of the picture. It is my opinion that the CEO had nothing to do with the pic or the email. Just someone with a little photoshop knowledge trying to stir things up.
