The big money(institutional)have already bought into rmbs after Judge Whyte's spoliation ruling. There are a few institutions that stopped their coverage of rmbs many years ago who won't be back till we get a win for infringement or a world wide settlement. Their are only 2 firms with coverage now, I believe.
I believe we will have our victory within 6 weeks and if it's a court win I believe the big boys will take a few days to do their analyses and start coverage. The stock price may be 40-45 at that time but they will still look like heroes to their customers. "If" the verdict or settlement is huge and the estimates of some very intelligent ones on this and yhoo board(yes, there are very intelligent ones there also)can be seen from the outcome the bus will be around 80-100 by end of year. I think they'll be very pleased. I can't wait for Eddlestone to get back on the bus.

We are not highter because the market sees this law suit as injuring the public, Dell, HP, et. al., not Rambus...so far that is!
