I tend to agree… but the fact remains that no one seems to be willing to sell their shares for much less than that. Why is that? Keep in mind that we don't know what the revenue potential is here and we don't yet know what the potential effect of a reality TV show could be for Ross Gold. I'm holding and waiting - and hoping we don't get too much dilution.

Float for the next year appears to be only 189,212 shares - so it all depends on how many shares you want to 'employ' to derive the market cap.

The total shares outstanding are sort of a mute point, because if investors want to buy shares, they will all be chasing a very small amount of shares. Again, in my estimate, only 189K. If there is good news, my guess is the stock goes pretty darn high.

It also appears the largest holders are locked up for 1 year and probably longer than that for the management. I don't think management can sell large chunks right away, even after 1 year. They probably have to follow SEC guidelines and/or a Selling Plan.
