The exceptions are far and few in today's market. How many recently started under .05 and are now $3 or more out of the thousands? A few of the mj stocks will have a crack at it as more states legalize it and I am heavily invested in over 30 mj stocks. Like I said, I own GTRQ but don't expect $3. I'd love to be wrong.
