I have a friend that owns a public company and when he saw all these BOD members, the said that's not really needed for a pink sheet stock.

Got me thinking, that was true. So why they did that, I think it's just the start. Mr Calkin wants big things for his company, he's 50/51 years old and might be trying to knock things off his bucket list by running a large, respectable public business, his name in the forefront and also helping a lot of people in the process.

Why does he teach, so that he can help people grow. He wants this company to help people heal using Cannabis. There's only a certain type of individual that is willing to teach and help others; most are in it for themselves.

This is his love based on his 30 year history and many of us have a "love" we would really want to excel on. It's his time and he choose US to do it with.

We are going big time for sure. You have to start somewhere and this is his starting point. He put in what seems to be other great players on his BOD, well versed in all avenues of business. He has the contacts and prior students to work with to grow his business.

This guy is a lion in the making!
