Sure I can deny that...they are a joke, P&D penny stock. They release PRs and sell into any demand, bloating and ballooning the share structure which they then pay themselves with. They have produce nothing to little in this company. They are supposed to be an oil and gas company. Now they are hemp and attempting to chase the penny crowd, where they are currently pumping the money..
