NDX/COMP ratio out of the NDX 1637 lows is 0.75, which is about it's current ratio in price.

It was 0.82 out of the Oct. lows. However, in the initial move out of the April 2005 lows it was 0.76.

However, the NDX does not normally take 14 days to move 70 points out of important lows.
