the wall street banks do. The FED gives them the cash, and they act out the intentions. However, they are profit making enterprises. They will not get stuck holding inventory. Once they have distributed enough stock to the flock, they bring out the shears.

My guess is the market is set to reverse at this point, and by the end of the month it will be heading straight down. The 2nd half recovery just isn't going to come through. Its not there. The cliff is near.
