Well, fwiw, I don't think that will happen either (nhsh/mj move). That would reward those holding N shares and that would go against the grain. As to MS and GDSM connection to vigil/qasp, I have no clue - just passing on different pieces trying to form the puzzle. A-Cent was very quiet in those pictures and I have called several times over the last few months and a human has never answered the phone. The thought that A-Cent was going to be liquidated wouldn't surprise me - wasn't it only worth $100k or so when q got it? IMO, Q wanted the Part 141 A-Cent offered them - never merged websites or gave any free hotdogs away in Co Springs. CO A-Cent itself always felt like an afterthought.
