Doughboy, I think it points to the huge possibility of Quasar putting the Marijuana business into it's NHSH shell which Quasar is the owner of.

That would keep the business under control of Quasar as the PR says. And give the Drug business some distance from the Aviation business.

To top it off, the former CEO of QASP and it's largest shareholder, Joe Canouse, posted on the NHSH board last night. He was clearly wondering out loud if NHSH was next to be revived now that QASP seems to be doing better. That is huge in my opinion.
