The Form 4's filed by the insiders have a perfectly understandable reason for selling shares (see below).

I am okay with insiders owning 8.8%. It's a great commitment; a great "tell".

I also don't care where the stock trades until the next earnings come out. In fact if it drops back to $1.78 where it was on November 18th, I will take the opportunity to buy more. Otherwise I am waiting for "new-customer-win-announcements".

I don't care how it trades now. I'm looking long term for the bump in revenues again. That's what I care about on the next earnings statement. Looking beyond that I want to see Positive Free Cash Flow as Mr. Herbert forecasted by June 30th. That would be on the earnings statement after the very next one. So, by the end of September we'll really know if USAT is walking the walking; not just talking the talk.

When that time comes I will invest serious money into USAT.
