A game is being played but "we" are not being played. Shares for debt can get sold at anytime and debt conversion will always keep the price down.

But think of it this way, the MM that bought the 8 million is certainly expecting to sell it at a higher price. But not as high as we are looking for. That purchase cost $466k.

Just because we want that MM to sell the 8 million at .10, when he sells it at .0644 he makes $85k. There is nothing wrong with that, just hurts the momentum we are trying to get with our small quantities.
