Yes it does. WMIH announce Dec 9 the SIP with KKR. KKR announces Dec 13 KFN is being absorbed by Parent. Tagar Olson: head of Financial Services Operations for KKR is observer on BOD WMIH. Does KFN have a sub that KKR wants WMIH to acquire? Loan WMIH money (KKR) get securities and interest payments for debt (KKR) allow WMIH to acquire a sub for more securities and "your cash" in WMIH and eventual control after the 3 year lift-off in ownership change under 363.

Coincidence? "I think not!"

No announcement here until after this meeting. Seems like it would play this way...April should be a consistent PPS control month if KFN is part of the picture of WMIH.

WMIH is currently under a "Price Control" scenario on OTCQB. No one can argue with this statement...Since Mar 7 it is locked in near $3.25...

All IMO of course.
